Big Man Challenge
(Open to all in Grades 7-12 as of Fall 2012)

Location: South River High School Football Facilities 
Cost: $60 / Participant

Cost for this event is $60.00 Pre Registered and $100.00 for walk ups on the day of the event.

6:15PM Athletes begin reporting to obtain a workout t-shirt. 6:45PM Stretch and warm-up for all athletes. 7:00PM Athletes report to pre-selected  stations. 8::00PM iT' S SHOW TIME 1on1 drills ,tug of war,bench press,obstical course and much more......

This competition is a great opportunity to get lineman working and competing together, while establishing unit chemistry. The Lineman Challenge allows players to use body control, balance, quickness, agility and strength. The competition will also incorporate explosiveness, foot movement, and leverage staples of line play! The Lineman Challenge is a special event just for the guys up front. This is a chance for them to show their skills, have fun and compete against DMV'S best players.

This one day open event is an opportunity for athletes, to showcase their talent and agility in front of college coaches nationwide before moving to the next level. Cost for this event is $60.00 Pre Registered and $100.00 for late registration and for walk ups on the day of the event. 6:15PM Athletes begin reporting to obtain a workout t-shirt. 6:45PM Stretch and warm-up for all athletes. 7:00PM Athletes report to pre-selected  stations. 8::00PM iT' S SHOW TIME 1on1and  7ON7  competition, to see who's the best in the DMV area.
